How To Make Your Today Better Than Yesterday!!

If you are among those who hit the snooze button early in the morning and try to take few more minutes of nap, then this piece of writing is surely intended for you.

Undoubtedly it’s true that we all want to have a Today better than yesterday. But unfortunately for most of us this remains a wish forever – to have a more meaningful and energetic today. Well, the bigger question is if it’s a real wish at the first place, is it even possible to be energetic throughout the day? Sorry!! There is no Yes or No type answer; it all depends on one’s understanding of basic Mathematics.

Nature has provided some wonderful power inlets, which fills you with tremendous positive Energy and makes you feel wonderful. At the same time, Mankind has invented some terrible energy suckers. Now equation simply boils down to what you chose to spend your time with – The power Inlets or The Energy suckers. If you chose the first one, keep reading else you might want to move on to something else.

Out of 24 Hours, Every single day, nature fills couple of minutes with revitalizing energy. Do you think it makes sense to take advantage of these moments? You bet, it does!! Fortunately we don’t have to do a treasure hunt everyday to find these moments, they are always there every single day for every single living being - A few minutes at dawn. Yes, you heard it right!! it’s also called Early Morning.

Do remember, it’s not an ancient wisdom anymore; Science has proven it – time and again. Several studies have been conducted and have proven the importance of getting up early morning. In a recent study, conducted the University of Georgia, researchers have come up with a finding wherein indolent adults when started doing low to moderate intensity aerobic exercises for about 20 minutes, thrice a week, for consecutive six weeks were found to be noticeably less fatigued and more energized.

If above doesn’t give you enough motivation to get up early then A glass of warm water, smell of fresh brewed coffee or a hot cup of tea may be all you need to give early mornings a try.

Spending as little as 30 minutes (which by the way represent nearly 2% of 24 hours) will make you a dynamic personality and thought changing effect in as little as 6 weeks. A few simple stretches with brisk walk followed by few deep-breathing exercises are enough to fire you up for the day.

These light and moderate intensity aerobic exercises raise your heart beat count to around 112 which is considered good. If you are a techie, and wondering how to count the heartbeats, there are many heart beat monitors, that are readily available online. And if you are cost conscious, and don’t want to spend too much too early – all you need is an app on your smart phone. There are many in the market, the one we liked is “Instant Heart Rate”. At the end of morning, it doesn’t matter how you measured your heartbeat or you did or not. What matters is that you spent 2 percent of 24 hours in most efficient way.

Going scientifically, medical experts say exercise helps in development of new brain cells that work efficiently as well as smartly. In their exact words, “Exercise does more to bolster thinking than thinking does."

In total, Choice is yours as the Life is yours - Welcome the morning by raising your arms towards sky OR by hitting the snooze button and saying NO to what wonderful Mother Nature has to offer.
